Agreement
By using GoElectriQCabs ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Booking & Rides
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment of the advance amount.
- The balance fare is payable to the driver at trip end via cash or UPI.
- Toll charges, state taxes, parking fees, and night surcharges are extra and payable by the passenger.
- Waiting charges of ₹2/min apply after a 15-minute free waiting period.
- Driver allowance of ₹300/day applies for outstation trips requiring overnight stay.
Cancellation Policy
Important: Cancellations within 2 hours of trip start may attract a fee up to 50% of the advance paid.
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the trip: full advance refund.
- Cancellations made 2–24 hours before: 25% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations within 2 hours: up to 50% of advance may be forfeited.
- No-show by the passenger: advance is non-refundable.
Vehicle Substitution
GoElectriQCabs reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an equivalent or higher category in case of unavailability, breakdown, or operational requirements, at no extra cost to the passenger.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must provide accurate pickup/drop locations and contact details.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the trip.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Limitation of Liability
GoElectriQCabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the advance amount paid for the booking.
